REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Fehaute! Our online shop provides unique fashion products from our independent designers backed by high-quality materials and reliable production. Our members of the Q&A team inspect each product before packaging to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, it is easy to refund. Simply follow the instructions, and submit a request for a return on your order page and we will try our best to meet your request.

14-Day Return Policy

All purchases (except Final sale/Clearance items, custom size items, underwear, accessories and bags) can be returned within 14 days after you have received the last package of your order. Once we receive your return, please allow 3 to 5 business days to process your returns. We will email you once we have processed your refund.

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, and all the items in the package must be intact. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.

• The Buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

• Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Restocking Fee

When returning goods, we will charge 10% of the original selling price as a restocking fee for the following categories of goods:

Dresses, Gowns, Jumpsuits, Sweaters, Outerwear, Two-Piece Set, Pants and Shoes

Why do we charge a restocking fee?

To keep prices low for our customers and help reduce environmental waste, most Fehaute products are made-to-order. As a result, we cannot accommodate "Buy-many-keep-one" purchases. Any restocking fees incurred will be deducted from your refund. We highly recommend reviewing our Size Guide before buying to avoid these fees.

If you cannot decide on the color, size, or style, and want to avoid restocking fees, we offer various services to help you find the perfect dress, including:

Custom-size option. Our tailors will ensure your dress fits perfectly.

How to Make Your Return

• Step 1: Click the "Tracking Order" feature at the bottom menu of our home page.

• Step 2: Enter your Email Address and Order Number.

• Step 3:There is a "Return" button in the specific order. You need to click it to submit the return request and you will get authorization and a return address via email within 48 hours.

Once we receive your return, please allow 3 to 5 business days to process your returns.

Fast Refund

We will issue a refund to your original payment method within a week.

Kind Reminder

• Return packages should be authorized. Any return request not authorized by the customer service will not be honored.

• Item(s) must NOT be returned to the address on the package you received. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Customized products cannot be exchanged or returned once sold.
