Processing Your Order

Depending on your ordered item, the processing/tailoring time will differ slightly.

• Ready-Made Items

A selection of our products is ready-made, meaning these items are in stock and ready to be shipped. They usually take less than 24 hours to process before shipping. These items include Final Sale Items, Flash Sale Items, and any item marked “Ship in 24hrs” on the product details page.

• Made-To-Order Items

Most of our products are Made-to-Order, meaning that we only begin sewing them once an order has been confirmed. It can take a few weeks for us to finish making an item before it can be shipped. Please refer to the estimated times on the product details page.

*Due to high demand, production time for made-to-order items will be extended from Feb 2.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the package weight and the destination.
For example, if you order a dress, it will need 1-2 business days of processing time and 8-14 business days of shipping time. Therefore, you are expected to receive it in 10-18 business days.

• Carrier Issues: Disruptions in the carrier’s network, peak season backlogs, or labor strikes.
• Force Majeure: Adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or unexpected public health emergencies.

Customer Responsibility: It is the recipient's responsibility to provide accurate delivery information and cooperate with local customs or carriers if additional information or duty payment is required. FEHAUTE is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incomplete addresses or the recipient’s inability to clear customs.

Note for taxes
For most countries, you do not need to pay for importing fees, duties, or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). However, for some limited countries (especially for Canada and some European countries such as Germany, Italy and UK), you may need to pay duties or VAT according to the corresponding levying rules.
