Get a full refund if your order doesn’t arrive as described, including loss or damage in transit.
Arrival delay: Claim for $5 if your domestic package is not delivered within 10 days since fulfillment (30 days for international package).
Damage: Claim for up to the full value of your purchase if your items are damaged in transit.
Loss: Claim for the full value of your purchase if your domestic package is not delivered before the 30th day since fulfillment (60th day for international package).
Worry-Free Purchase also includes carbon offsets for carbon emissions produced within the recipient’s destination country.

Do I have to buy Seel Worry-Free Purchase?
Seel Worry-Free Purchase protection is an optional add-on protection that can be selected during the checkout process, to cover things like shipping-related damage, package loss, theft. If you do not wish to buy this protection coverage simply remove it from your cart.
How does Worry-Free Purchase resolve your shipping issues?
Here's the customer experience of Worry-Free Purchase:
1. Shopper orders from the merchant, with Worry-Free Purchase opted in.
2. Shopper receives an email with their Worry-Free Purchase cover details, as well as instructions on how to report an issue.
3. If their package gets damaged or lost during transit, or is delayed, they can report the issue via Seel Claim Portal
4. Seel will programmatically assess the issue using policy rules/guidelines to determine if the reported order issue qualifies for a payout.
5. If the reported issue does qualify, a refund will be automatically sent to the shopper in a prepaid credit card via email. If the reported issue doesn't qualify, an email will be sent to the shopper to notify them of the denial and the reason.
When will I receive my Worry-Free Purchase payout?
Once your payout request has been reviewed & accepted, you will choose a method of payout. General timing is listed below:
Direct Deposit: 1-3 business days following return acceptance
PayPal Transfer: 1 hour following return acceptance
Venmo Transfer: 1 hour following return acceptance
Can I change my order after it is placed?
If you purchased Worry-Free Purchase protection with your order, then Seel will send you a confirmation of your Worry-Free Purchase via email with the detailed coverages included for your order. Worry-Free Purchase is not refundable unless the entire order is canceled.
I didn’t mean to purchase Worry-Free Purchase protection, how do I cancel?
If you purchased Worry-Free Purchase protection with your order, Seel will send you a confirmation of your Worry-Free Purchase via email. You have 24 hours from the time the email is received to cancel the Worry-Free Purchase protection from the link in the email, as seen in the screenshot below.
After the 24-hour cancellation window has elapsed, Worry-Free Purchase protection will not be refundable.
